International Growth

 Built an international team of Real Estate professionals across North America, EU & UK from scratch. Signed Letters of Intent adding 2,900 bedrooms to the company’s portfolio and built a pipeline of 239 buildings (47,000 bedrooms) by negotiating deals with Multifamily developers & Institutions. Start-Up / New Product/ Design & Development

Founded, funded, and launched i2 Office, leading it to become one of the largest providers of Grade A Flex-Office space in the UK across 35 UK locations (22 in London), with an enterprise client list that included EY, Deutsche Bank, Huawei. Company Exit / M&A / Business Growth & Expansion

Negotiated the sale of i2 Office, tripled ROI for shareholders in four years. Steered integration of i2 Office, retained full Budgetary and P&L responsibility, optimised i2 to become the new owner’s most profitable brand. Turnover grew turnover in 2017/18 to exceed £100Mn, delivered EBITDA of £15Mn. Identified new international markets for growth in major financial cities, built a strategy of M&A. Negotiated terms and built a strategy for the Board to acquire a US$35m T/O business based in Indonesia, 19 buildings across 7 Asian countries), an entry point for further expansion in Southeast Asia.

•      Private Equity & M&A – Led the underwrite and author of the Investor Memorandum to build a new global coworking brand. Negotiated ‘at-risk’ support from Deloitte, Liberum Bank, CMS. Secured ten deals in London and agreed on the acquisition of three trading entities in the US plus two companies in Asia. Headed up a roadshow to present to UK mid-tier PE to raise Series ‘A’ £160Mn.
